Overview

Under the direction of the Director of Information Technology, work will entail analysis of business requirements as well as drafting project proposals, business requirements, and functional specifications. This role will require communication with all levels of business users, internal application development, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, communicate, and review business requirements with business sponsors
• Create documentation of product proposals, business and system processes, business requirements, and functional specifications
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and software developers to identify and resolve software issues
• Assist the IT Director with the prioritization of new feature development
• Gather business requirements from various stakeholders in different levels of the organization
• Communicate business requirements to technical teams
• Manage deadlines and work to meet requirements
