We currently have a client in Miami seeking a highly motivated and talented Social Media Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have prior PR agency experience; exceptional interpersonal, presentation and writing skills; and an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (to include: blogging, Twitter, Facebook and video sharing), and how to leverage them for our firm and its clients. Job responsibilities will include planning, establishing, and managing the social media activities of our firm and its clients; monitoring and evaluating trends in emerging media; engaging in blogger/online media influencer outreach; and tracking, analyzing, and reporting results.
We are seeking a candidate that is actively participating in a wide variety of business-to-business social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc. The candidate must be able to think strategically, but be willing and able to help implement and maintain the programs.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or equivalent) in Communications, Public Relations, or related field and two to four years related experience.
Passion, understanding, and experience with respect to emerging media platforms and their PR applications.
